All orders are processed within 1-2 business days at our warehouse in Midwest City, US. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way!

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% delighted with your Christmas Lights, Ornaments, Palm Trees, Swag, Topiaries, and Poinsettias. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.

Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Important Note on Final Sale Items: Due to their delicate and seasonal nature, custom or personalized ornaments cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales on these special items are final.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & RMA Number

Our US-based team will email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without this RMA number, as we cannot process your refund without it.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Return Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or a damaged/defective product.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request.
