Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Us (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
Please reach out to our friendly support team at [email protected] from the email address you used to place the order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our team, based in Midwest City, US, will email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
Important: Please do not ship the item back to us without an RMA number, as we will be unable to process your refund.
Step 3: Package and Ship the Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a damaged/defective product.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request.
- For Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
